Shipping Policy

• Standard shipping takes 1-3 business days, Monday-Friday (excludes Saturday, Sunday and holidays) to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of Southern Heaven Co.
• Expect to receive your package 2-3 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
• Shipments occur only on weekdays Monday-Friday.
• Orders placed after 12 PM CST on Fridays, will be processed on the following Monday. 
• Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.
• Please expect shipping delays during site wide sales and during the holiday season.
• Southern Heaven Co. is NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping time.  Please contact your local carrier. 

Wrong Address

• Southern Heaven Co. is NOT responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the correct shipping address before you checkout. 
• If the package leaves the Southern Heaven Co. with the incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost, once we receive their package back.  If the package is not delivered back to us and goes to the incorrect address, Southern Heaven Co will not be held responsible. 

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Package

• Once the package leaves Southern Heaven Co. and is in the hands of the carrier. Southern Heaven Co. is NOT responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.  Please contact your local carrier for information and tracking.
